A charge from SPBLL.COM on your statement

SPBLL.COM is the billing name of a monthly membership to an adult video website, SpankinPorn.com. The site’s sign-up page gives the price as "$45.00/Monthly", says the member "will be discreetly billed by "spbll.com"", and that memberships "recur at the monthly price (USD) until cancelled". The company named at the foot of that page is Dylcorp Media, LLC.1 spbll.com itself is only a customer support site. It says it "provides access solutions to many membership based online sites" and does not name any of them.2 That is why the name on the statement does not lead to the site the charge is for.

The short answer

Ask whoever could have used your card whether they joined a website. If nobody did, call your bank, tell it the charge is not yours, and ask it to replace the card. If someone did and wants to stop, cancel at spbll.com before the next monthly charge and ask for the refund in writing straight away: its terms tie a full refund to written notice received "within 7 days before next billing cycle".3 The terms also ask members not to report a charge as unauthorised and name $25,000 in damages for a false report. Read below what that clause covers. For credit cards, the Federal Trade Commission says federal law limits your responsibility for unauthorised charges to $50.12

Not a Shopify shop

Statement lines that start SP or SP * and then a shop name are usually online shops that run on Shopify. SPBLL.COM is not one of them. The site that bills under it names the billing name and the company itself, and neither is Shopify.1 A charge look-up site lists Spbll.com between SP lines from Shopify shops, which is an easy way to be misled.10

The same company’s other billing names

Dylcorp Media runs more than one membership site, each with its own billing name. The table lists the ones whose sign-up pages we read on 11 October 2026. Two are adult video sites; the others are online brain-training and puzzle game sites. Each sign-up page gives the billing name in its own words; each site names Dylcorp Media on its own pages.

Billing names on Dylcorp Media’s sign-up pages, read on 11 October 2026
Name on the statement Site Price on the sign-up page Source
spbll.com SpankinPorn.com (adult videos) $45.00 monthly Sign-up page1
svbll.com SeXXyVid.com (adult videos) $45.00 monthly Sign-up page4
iBsupt.com iBraineers.com (brain games) $44.42 monthly, "30 days access" Sign-up page5
fnsupt.com Fun Lucky Gamer (online games) $45 per month Sign-up page7
qgphlp.com Quality Game Portal (online games) $45 per month Sign-up page8
flewcs.com FlewIQ (brain games) $45 per month Sign-up page6

The game sites word it as "You will be billed by", and two of them add "All trials and monthly memberships will recur at the monthly price (USD) until cancelled".67 Only the adult sites say "discreetly".14 The domain records for spbll.com, svbll.com and ibsupt.com show all three registered on 5 November 2019, within nine minutes of each other.9 A sign-up page can change at any time; the archived copies in the sources show what they said when we read them, on 11 and 12 October 2026.

What it looks like on a statement

We did not find any of these six names in the public card records we use for other pages: the State of Delaware’s list of purchases on state cards had no line containing them when we searched on 11 October 2026.13 The forms we can show come from people who posted about their own statements on a charge look-up site, where it is written "SPBLL.COM" and "Spbll.com". Two of the three dated comments there, from January to March 2024, give an amount, and both give $45.00, the monthly price on the sign-up page.10

How to stop it

  1. Ask first A partner, a teenager or someone else in your home may have joined with your card. The sign-up page asks for a username, password, email and country before payment, so the person who joined will have had an email about it.1
  2. If it was joined on purpose, cancel at spbll.com The support site offers an "Automated Cancellation Form", live chat, a support ticket and a phone line. The cancellation form asks for the email address, the "First 6 digits of the card used" and the "Last 4-6 digits of the card used for the membership".2 Ask for a written confirmation; the site says "a cancellation confirmation will be sent as soon as your information is processed".2
  3. Ask for the refund in writing, early The terms say, spelling as in the original: "Dylcorp Media, LLC agrees to refund the full purchase membership prioce if dissatified with the spbll.com. Written notification must be recieved within 7 days before next billing cycle."3 The sentence can be read as "at least 7 days before the next charge" or as "in the last 7 days before it", and the terms do not say which. Write as soon as you decide, so that you are inside either reading. Use the ticket form or the email address in the site’s privacy notice, support@spbll.com, so you have a dated copy.211
  4. If nobody you know joined, go to your bank Tell the bank the charge was not made by you or anyone you allowed, and ask it to replace the card. You do not need to send card digits to the support site to stop a charge that is not yours; the bank can block it. For credit cards, the FTC says a dispute letter should reach the issuer "within 60 days after the first bill with the error was sent to you".12 Debit card rules and deadlines are set by the bank and the card network; ask the bank for its deadline.

The phone number is not toll-free

spbll.com says: "You may reach our Customer Support staff, toll-free, 24 hrs/day, 7 days a week @ 1-856-890-9509".2 The FCC lists the toll-free codes as 800, 888, 877, 866, 855, 844 and 833.11 856 is not one of them, so the call is charged like any other call to a regular number on your phone plan. iBraineers and its support site give a second number in the same exchange, 1-856-890-9761.5

The $25,000 clause in the terms

The spbll.com terms say: "You agree not to report as lost or stolen any credit card which You have used in conjunction with payment to spbll.com, or as unauthorized any charge by spbll.com, for any goods or services for which You do not have good reason to believe is, in fact, lost, stolen or unauthorized." For "any fraudulent reporting of an unauthorized charge to spbll.com on Your credit card which has been made by You or anyone under Your authority", they name "liquidated damages of $25,000.00".3

In its own words, the clause is about charges made by the cardholder or someone the cardholder allowed, and it leaves out charges you have good reason to believe were unauthorised. The terms name as the parties "a visitor to spbll.com" and Dylcorp Media.3 We do not know whether a court would enforce the clause and do not say so. What the FTC says about credit cards is that "Federal law limits your responsibility for unauthorized charges to $50", and that the Fair Credit Billing Act sets out a dispute process for billing errors.12

Is this a scam?

The name is real: the company’s own sign-up page says it bills under spbll.com.1 That does not make every SPBLL.COM charge wanted. On the charge look-up site, one person wrote in January 2024 that their bank called about the charge on a debit card they did not recognise, took it off and sent a new card. Another wrote in March 2024 that SPBLL.COM and a second name "tried to steal 45.00 4 times" on "a card I rarely use". A third wrote that it tried $45.00 twice and was declined.10 These are their statements, not our findings, and we cannot tell from them how a card number reached the site. If nobody in your home joined, treat it as a charge for your bank to reverse, not a membership to cancel.

Why this page is on a site about held money

This site records payment companies that hold back money that belongs to someone else. Dylcorp Media is not in the incident record; the page is here so that people searching for a name on a statement find the answer. Another charge that a person close to you may have made with your card is GTL*INMATE PHONE SVC. A small card check with a code after it is more often PAYPAL * or PP*. Other lines are in the table of statement names.
