File a case
If a payment company closed or froze your account and kept the balance, this form puts it on the record. It takes a few minutes. You choose whether your name or your company is ever published.
Before you write
Write only what happened to you and what you can show. Dates, amounts, and the exact wording they used are worth more than adjectives. If part of it is your inference rather than something you were told, say so — it will still be published, marked as such.
What happens next
- A person reads it Nothing is published automatically. Submissions are read, and most get a reply asking one or two clarifying questions.
- You see the entry before it goes up If your case is going to be published, you get the exact wording of the entry first, and you can correct it or withdraw it.
- The record gets corrected when your money moves If the balance is released, tell us and the entry is updated to say so. A record that only ever counts grievances and never counts resolutions is propaganda, not a record.
If you would rather not use a form
You do not have to file anything to be useful. Writing your own account publicly — on your own site, or anywhere it stays readable — and letting us link to it does the same job, and it stays under your control.
